"Please control your soul's desire for freedom"

"Please control your soul's desire for freedom" is a 2D narrative game that can be played in about 10 minutes, while the slogan is also from the powers that be giving instructions to the population during the epidemic.

The game takes place in 2052 when a sudden plague sweeps the world and the main character Sanes' family becomes victims of the pandemic. Players only have 5 minutes to find items in the room and click on dialogue options to learn more about the story. 

The game explores an epidemic environment where the powers that work through a series of means to stop the spread of the virus. In the midst of this epidemic, it is not the virus itself that scares people. What will the Sanes choose? Will Sanes finally choose to stay "alive" or embrace a new world of uncertainty?

Developer note:

This is the first game I have made. This game is available to play online(Full-screen mode is highly recommended) or download for the best experience!

I used Adobe Illustrator to create the characters and scenes, and the dialogue and interaction in the game were done by Fungus and Unity.  The background music is Hon Hopkins' Monsters Theme. Https://www.aigei.com/ provided sound effects. A small amount of the vector material comes from the Internet as well.
